Licorice starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Panama City: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Licorice in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Panama City
The honest read on licorice: 12 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.32 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.32 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
