Licorice starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Panama City: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
We run licorice the same way in Panama City: same starter kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Licorice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Panama City
Licorice in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for licorice in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
