Mint pen device IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Mint in Panama City: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at mint in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on mint: 12 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: mint in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint pen device really costs in Panama City
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Panama.
Where mint goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Panama City survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.42 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.54 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.42 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does mint in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.42 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
