Mint refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Mint in Panama City: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.31 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Panama City
Mint refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Panama City survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mint in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.31 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
