Mintice starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Mintice in Panama City: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Panama City
The honest read on mintice: 9 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.09 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mintice in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.09 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.09 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
