Pear refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Pear in Panama City: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear refill pack really costs in Panama City
A pear refill pack from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.3.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where pear goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.16 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
