Plain in Panama City: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
If you are looking at plain in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on plain: 9 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Plain 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.49 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.49 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
