Plain refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Plain in Panama City: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plain in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plain in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: plain in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Panama City
A plain refill pack from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.3.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Is plain legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
How long does plain in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
