Plum RDA IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Plum in Panama City: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
We run plum the same way in Panama City: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on plum: 22 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum RDA really costs in Panama City
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.04 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Panama City survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.04 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
