Sour box mod IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same box mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour box mod really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sour in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for sour in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.91 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does sour in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
