Sour squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What sour costs in Panama City
Sour in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at sour in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.45 per 10 ml.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How long does sour in a squonk mod last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
