Sour vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Sour in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.03 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour vape pen really costs in Panama City
A sour vape pen from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.2.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for sour in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
