Sweet vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Sweet vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A sweet vape pen from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.2.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet vape pen really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sweet in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.3 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
