Citrus zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
Citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: citrus in Panama City works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
The honest read on citrus: 17 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
How long does citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
